Thursday, September 11 & Friday, September 12

The Men’s Winnebago Sr. Amateur is open to all golfers 50 years & older. Players will compete in 36 holes of stroke play and will be flighted after 18 holes of play.

First Round: Saturday, June 7 @ Ledges GC
Final Round: Sunday, June 8 @ Atwood Homestead GC

This unique event consists of 36 holes of stroke play with the field being flighted after round one, making for a fun and enjoyable format for players of all ability levels!
​
The competition takes place at both Ledges and Atwood Homestead golf courses with the first round being played at Ledges and the champion being crowned following the second round at Atwood Homestead.

Winnebago County Amateur: Open Division, Women's Division & Seniors Division

For over 60 years Macktown Golf Course has played host to The Winnebago County Amateur golf tournament. This 36-hole flighted event was moved from August to July in 2012 and the move has participants raving. The event offers a unique, yet enjoyable format whereas participants remain in the same group through both rounds resulting in one of the largest tournament fields in the region.
